Asian Art Museum
The Asian Art Museum, located in San Francisco, California, is one of the world’s finest collections of Asian art. The objective of this out-of-home campaign is to draw visitors to the new exhibit, “My House, My Tomb,” by Afruz Amighi. The creator was inspired by the religious architecture of the Taj Majal and understood it as both a place of refuge and solace. The contrast of black and white is crucial to the artist and the meaning behind her work. With this in mind, I designed the advertisements utilizing only black and white.
